Another way to download it is to send a text message to the following number: 87778 and text: ppr00 (the last two digits are zeros).
Once you have had requested the Real Estate App, you will receive a text message with a brief set of quick and easy instructions which will guide through the process step by step until you have the app in your. Here are some of the features described in the original press release provided by Smarter Agent regarding the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors’ mobile app, which uses Smarter Agent’s patented GPS technology, to locate the user and display listings in the immediate area: “Users can also search by address, city or zip code to see property details for all homes for sale or rent in a specified area, including price, square footage, estimated mortgage, taxes, features, maps, pictures and more. The “Refine Search” feature lets users select a price range, property type and the number of beds and baths to help them find just what they’re looking for. If a user has questions or wants a tour of a property, the “Contact” feature within the app connects the user to the respective listing agent by phone or email.”
If you have downloaded, please go ahead and start making some searches, the tool has almost the same access that real estate agents have in the market for active properties (properties currently for sale). There might be a 1 day lag for new properties listed (which are available to agents immediately), but still, the tool is very impressive. This way clients can take the search more into their hands and select the list of properties they would like while driving in their car or during an appointment where they have to wait outside in the lobby. This app can be used in conjunction with the PPR Real Estate Website advanced search feature on http://idx.peperoyo.com/idx/search/basic as the tool is more complete in the web site.
