PPR Real Estate Investment Services had its origins in 1996, when its founder, Jose “Pepe” Royo began working in Commercial and Residential Real Estate as sales and marketing director for Pulte Homes Mexico Division. After that, he has had other management responsibilities in the respective marketing departments of the above mentioned and other Fortune 100 Corporations in several countries.
Currently, Mr. Royo is a licensed Texas and New Mexico Real Estate Investment Advisor in the Greater El Paso, TX metropolitan area, where he mainly represents investors and users for the purchase or sale of Investment properties, as well as leasing of Industrial and Retail Properties, mainly under the boutique Family Desk modality.
